Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of arabtime.in and the services provided by Arab Time Documents Clearing Services (“Arab Time”, “we”, “us”). By using our website, submitting an application, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
Arab Time provides document clearing, attestation, visa processing, Emirates ID, medical fitness testing, occupational health cards, translation, VAT/corporate registration, driving license and related PRO (Public Relations Officer) services in the United Arab Emirates, acting as your authorized representative before the relevant government authorities.
Service Facilitation, Not Guarantee
We facilitate and submit applications on your behalf, but the final approval, processing time, and outcome of any application rests solely with the relevant UAE government authority (including but not limited to GDRFA, ICP, RTA, DED, Ministry of Health, and MOFA). Processing times shown on our website and in communications are estimates and are not guaranteed. Arab Time is not responsible for delays, rejections, or additional requirements imposed by a government authority.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and documents
- Ensure any documents you provide are genuine and valid
- Respond promptly to requests for additional information or documents
- Keep your account credentials (if you create an account) confidential
Arab Time is not liable for delays, additional fees, or application rejection resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information or documents provided by you.
Fees and Payment
Service fees quoted on our website or by our team are for our facilitation service and, where applicable, are separate from any government/authority fees, which are set by and payable to the relevant authority. Fees are payable directly to Arab Time and are not processed as an online payment through this website. Quoted fees may change to reflect updated government fees or processing requirements; we will inform you of any change affecting your application before proceeding.
Cancellations and Refunds
Once an application has been submitted to a government authority, any authority fees already paid are generally non-refundable, in line with that authority’s own policy. Our service fee may be refundable, at our discretion, if we have not yet submitted your application to the relevant authority. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel a request.
Customer Accounts
If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Arab Time is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services, including losses arising from decisions, delays, or actions taken by third-party government authorities.
Intellectual Property
All content on arabtime.in, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Arab Time and may not be reproduced without our permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or our services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
